Severe Sepsis

54 year old male with a history of cancer presents with hypotension despite escalating doses of levophed. Vasopressin is added and patient remains severely hypotensive. The sending facility is working the patient up for septic shock. Your partner suggests doing a quick ultrasound to check for any abnormalities.
